How We Got Here

GLP & Sons, Inc. was founded in 2019 by brothers Eric and Elton Paul with a shared vision: to build an enterprise grounded in excellence, integrity, and faith.

With undergraduate degrees in engineering and graduate business education, the brothers combined technical expertise with strategic leadership from the outset. Over more than a decade of experience across development, construction management, operations, and advisory services, they cultivated a disciplined understanding of how complex ventures succeed — through structured execution, strong leadership, and principled decision-making.

What began as a construction-focused firm has evolved into a diversified platform operating across a broad range of sectors. GLP & Sons approaches every opportunity holistically — from early-stage strategy and planning through execution and long-term asset performance. The firm's growth has been intentional, supported by disciplined processes, measurable standards, and a culture that values both excellence and accountability.

With experience spanning federal government, private development, and infrastructure projects, he has led complex, multi-stakeholder construction initiatives from planning through execution. Known for his strategic planning, leadership, and results-driven approach, Eric combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver high-quality projects while building lasting client relationships.

Elton brings deep expertise in electrical engineering and construction management. A PMP-certified professional with both engineering and MBA credentials, Elton combines technical precision with strategic project leadership. With a background spanning federal government, healthcare facilities, and major utility upgrades, he has led complex, high-value projects through all phases of design, coordination, and execution. His leadership ensures that every project is executed with a standard of excellence that consistently exceeds client expectations.

Our Name

Gibson & Lucy Paul

The name GLP & Sons carries deep significance. It honors Gibson and Lucy Paul — the brothers' parents — whose example laid the foundation for everything the company represents. Gibson and Lucy immigrated to the United States in 1994 and worked tirelessly to build opportunity for their family. Through faith, discipline, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to Christian values, they instilled in their children the principles that would shape both their lives and this enterprise.

They were bold in vision, steadfast in belief, and relentless in work ethic.
